Lambert S. Joel

Lambert S. Joel at the National Bureau of Standards in Gaithersburg MD in 1974.  With a  1950 BA in mathematics from the George Washington University, Joel was a member of the NBS Computation Laboratory and became a member of the Operations Research Section of the Applied Mathematics Division under Alan Goldman.  He coauthored papers with Saul Gass, Karla Hoffman, Richard H. F. Jackson and others at NBS.
