P. M. Dearing

Perino M. (Lin) Dearing at the National Bureau of Standards in Gaithersburg MD in 1974.   Dearing graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with degrees in mathematics, and from the University of Florida at Gainesville with an ME and PhD in operations research.  He joined the NBS from Cornell and later became Professor of Mathematical Sciences at Clemson, from which he retired.
