Patsy B. Saunders

Patsy B. Saunders at the National Bureau of Standards in Gaithersburg, MD in 1974.  Saunders coauthored papers with Karla Hoffman, Carl Harris and others, including a 1980 paper on the NBS Energy Model Assessment project and a 1987 paper on the simulation of the IRS Telephone Taxpayer Information System.
